Rather than run a typical theoretical and intellectual process, Hot Pickle ran a highly immersive process that put food front and centre and lived in the real world. From the get-go we were keen to “make’ things. To glean ideas from trends that were already existing in people’s lives, whether in restaurants, homes or social media. The work included insight gathering, concept development, positioning, naming, product development and qual testing carried at over a condensed period of circa 16 weeks
