Create Hello Fresh’s first bricks and mortar store to measure the appeal and commercial opportunity of a grocery led two-person meal kit.

First bricks and mortar store to test viability of their 2-person meal kit concept.
This launch activity and in market test was delivered in 20 weeks from idea to execution. Working within an industrial shell we created a clean , contemporary environment that conveyed taste and freshness. First ever retail space for brand and product successfully launched in Sainsbury’s with learnings from the pop up. 10% of sales income donated to ‘The Felix Project’ Charity.
