To bring Inkey and their consultation service ‘askInkey’ to life through a physical pop up space to create memorable and meaningful moments with new and current customers.
Response: We launched The Inkey List’s first retail pop up experience in the UK. With a hybrid consumer experience that seamlessly blended online and offline. Consumers were able to trial products and speak to ‘askInkey’ experts whilst saving product information to their ‘myInkey’ profile and make purchases through their mobile devices.
The pop up was open for 10 days and featured 1:1 consultations, exclusive merchandise and prize opportunities.
