Over the past decade the ice-cream market has undergone considerable change with innovation in product and channels at the heart of this transformation. Only one segment, soft serve, remained untouched.
As part of tight all agency team we were tasked with delivering a premium soft serve retail experience to test a new brand idea, range of product concepts and disruptive sales channel.
Designed and built at pace the Soft Republick store brought together the practices of research, product innovation, communication and sales in a live, market driven test that was so successful it spawned a full launch in 2019.
