Keen to expand their market footprint and de-risk their reliance on a purely subscription based model Hello Fresh developed an impulse, grocery targeted meal kit for two.
We were asked to help them garner feedback and test the market appeal of this product by building and operating a fully functioning pop-up retail concept in central London from which consumers could purchase the pilot product.
For 12 days we operated in Old Street Tube Station. Looking more permanent than temporary the store experiment provided reams of valuable insight around the product, brand and retail sales channel.
