We never set out to create an agency.
We started with one silly idea – to build a brand home for Marmite that would reframe the brand, create a thriving and dynamic consumer space, drive commercial returns and harness a community’s latent passion for the brand.
That passion drove customers to write on our tables, queue down the block, sit in our shop windows for tea and toast, put tea cozies on their head and money in the till. That was where we learned the power of experiences to build brand love, and the power of emotion to drive action.
Fifteen years on, we have offices in both the UK and the USA and have built experiences across every continent bar Antarctica. We have a team united in values and driven to make remarkable experiences for remarkable brands.

Business Director – Brand Experience & Retail
A senior leadership role shaping the future of our client partnerships and the performance of our Client Service function. As Business Director, you will sit at the heart of Hot Pickle’s growth, leading senior client relationships, strengthening how we work, and helping the agency attract, retain and grow some of the world’s most iconic brands. You will champion work that is creatively compelling, culturally relevant and flawlessly executed; remarkable experiences that earn attention, drive impact and build long-term value. This is a role for a confident, commercially astute leader who thrives on ambition and responsibility: someone who can inspire teams, earn client trust at the highest level, and help steer the agency forward as we scale our experiential and retail offering.

Retail Operations Manager
As Retail Operations Manager, you will work with iconic brands in creating new store openings and immersive environments, turning bold creative ideas into scalable, high-performing operational models. Working closely with client, creative and production teams, you will ensure experiences open on time, run flawlessly and deliver outstanding guest experiences. If you’re an assertive, dynamic and creative individual looking to grow your career in the world of immersive retail, we’d love to hear from you.
Salary: £70K
Location: London 2 days per week / 3 days WFH - please note there may be some travel required
Account Director – Brand Experience & Retail
As an Account Director you will create standout brand and retail experiences and have day-to-day leadership for one of our most ambitious clients. You’ll sit at the heart of our experiential business, owning the strategic, creative and commercial delivery of premium, consumer-facing retail environments and live brand experience campaigns. This is a high-profile role for someone who thrives on senior client relationships, loves bringing ideas to life in physical spaces and knows how to balance ambition, budgets and brilliant delivery.
Salary £60K
